B. What happens if you do not pay

Until the debt has been paid in full, the following applies:

  • Every month, statutory interest is charged over the outstanding amount.
  • Recovery costs (reminders, notices, a possible home visit) are added to the debt.
  • The Tax Administration may seize bank accounts, income, and property.
  • Travel restriction: the taxpayer is registered in the national debt recovery register. Leaving the Netherlands is refused until the debt has been paid in full.

C. Pay now

You pay through our secure payment environment: iDEAL or credit card. The sooner you pay, the less interest and costs are added.
